door lock barrel replacement

hi all i have a iseo front door lever lock and need to replace the barrel.AFAIK i just take out the screw in the side of the door and the barrel should push out ? I took the screw out but the barrel wont budge ,no give at all.Should i use force or is there something else i didnt do ? tks

Did you try turn the key to didderent positions and slide it out? the "actuator" thingy needs to clear the lock housing...
