Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Economics - Borrrrriiinnnnggggg

Sociology - Had one lecturer who, five minutes into the first lecture, start viciously laying into Northsiders, the prick.

    Politics - really enjoyed it.

No, pick something you have an interest in, believe me, you'll only have 12 hours of lectures a week, you want to at least pick something that will make you get up for 9 on a friday and actually go over to college. Christ, my Economics lecture on a Friday morning was a bleedin' killer, going all the way over there from Coolock, for an hour lecture. I think I went about twice or something.

I seen Katy Taylor on the panel a couple of years ago and she did not stand out,but my god she has come on a lot I would do her as Rafa would say 'for sure'.

And I reckon I would take her in a fight as well.

I love My Morning Jacket. Seen them a few times at the TBMC and the Village. Jim James' voice in unreal. I like all their stuff, but their earlier stuff is what i prefer. At Dawn is an absolutely beautiful album. You should listen to 'Hopefully' on that album. Pure Pure quality. And they also do an amazing version of Elton John's Rocket Man on Chapter 1-The Sandworm Cometh. That one is an early collection of b-sides, rarities etc.
They're playing Dublin on October 29th in, bizarrely, the Irish Musuem of Modern Art

Yeah, he was a fair distance ahead of the others alright.

He tore up the curve, and was well ahead in the second hundred too.
