Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My friday night was ruined with the postponement of the Shels match anyway.

Tomorrow, Boardeuax are playing my Brother's team in a friendly, which my Dad is reffing. Should be fun. It's a memorial game for my brother's mate who died a couple of years ago.

After that there's not much to get excited about apart from the small issue of a few beers with some friends.

Is the rain that bad?? It's raining up North but it's just the usual, wet and miserable as opposed to flooded.

Pats are off too, so are Dundalk in Athlone. Wexford is unplayable also.

Tomorrow evening will involve watching the Ireland match and going bowling. Nay bad.

    Watching the Ireland match?

I'd rather have my nose rubbed in vomit.

It's not so much the reason for going on the piss as the excuse.

A minor difference, but a difference nonetheless. Let's just say the Ireland will happen to be on while we're drinking.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,722 ✭✭✭ibh

I'll be making no apologies for watching ireland tomorrow. I would be at the game only the money situation is chronic at the minute.

Have to go on the beer up in Belfast straight after work with the whole office then have to get the bus home later so it could be 11pm, 12am, 1am or 2am before i'm heading home. And i fcuking hate bus journeys, especially when i'm pissed.

Have to go with the missus to buy a car tomorrow as well more than likely. Hate the thoughts of it. At least the rest of the day will be filled with sport and probably Solpadine!!:D

Will be looking for a stream for the Irealnd game so if anyone knows where I can see one....

Otherwise I will just twisted watching the engerland game after my match.

Am off to prison today for a couple of hours. Young offenders institute is about half an hour away and the have a team in the league, surprisingly they are not allowed to play away from home so they always have home advantage...

Always links here for the streams

    http://rojadirecta.com/

I see you are in England, use some proxy-spoofing thing to get onto the RTE, they'll be streaming it.

Or there are two other links on Rojadirecta that don't require any software, it just says links. Probably georgian TV

Thinking of what cheap beverage to get to watch the Ireland game.

I am having a session in mine. I am liking the idea of Carling, suggestions ?

I suggest you stop thinking about Carling, and go buy a proper beer.

Prazsky. 6 for 7, tasty as fook.

Or get into Aldi or Lidl, fantastic beers for a reasonable price.

Pfft, you guys and your expensive beer... Finkbrau FTW! 24 medicine sized bottles for like 8.50. Twisty caps too, it really is the ultimate cheap mans beer.

And if you have got a little cash left over get a bottle or two of Paulaner.

That's a good deal for six large bottles alright.

    Of course you can.

    That's 4.3% in the bottles.

    330*24 = 7,920 = 396 of beer per Euro

for 18 bottles of the Perlenbacher in Lidl you'd pay €21

500*18 = 9,000 = 428 of beer per euro, and this stuff is around 5% abv.

Much better deal, much nicer beer.

    QED :)
