Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It could literally be X-Files MkII from the 3 eps I have seen.

I thought it was ok , I wouldnt be blown away by but its good.

Then again I am not a big X Files fan.

    So you keep saying...

In fairness there is a lot worse. Drogheda's worst accent is awful as are any skanky Belfast accents. In fact take the worst example of any locality's accents and they will make anyone shudder, not least Dublin.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 40,909 ✭✭✭✭Xavi6

Ardee is worse than Dundalk tbh

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 18,115 ✭✭✭✭ShiverinEskimo

I find the real rough Drogheda accent grates the most on me. Take Dundalk's worst, mix it with Dublin's worst and you've got Drogheda's worst. Not good.

Haha Al, you just think i'm snobby cos of my accent! All those snobby folk i know think i'm common, I can't win! :pac:

You sold your yaught?! Why Al, why? It was such a status symbol!! :P

Drogheda accent is the worst IMO.

Pure escapism. I have yet to meet a person who, after watching 1 or 2 episodes,, doesn't get completely sucked in by it.

Just downloaded recieved from my cousin, the new episode from Sunday night.

Question for the Entourage heads around here, do you think there would be enough support for a TV sub forum for it?

Oh, and Northside 4 Life. I iz from the ghetto of Clontarf, brrrraaappppppppppp!

    Clontarf is posh.

You're not missing out on much. Mind you, Des is form 'the lock', so maybe you'd take a hankering to the folk down there.

I used to work in the place, years back, so my opinion of the place is pretty low.

LOL....I would love to drop names but I have more class than that. All I will say is they were very easy to get along with girls, same age as me so around 28/29 now.

You would want to go quick as I was reading last week that it may be getting knocked down, something to do with them having no planning permission. There is a thread on it in After Hours.

Hmm. To be honest I tend to favour less segregation when it comes to the television forum. I'd rather have one hopping (like the main one is now, with all the returning shows) than have a load of quiet ones. The House forum had overwhelming support prior to its creation, but it's kinda quiet.

Having said that though, if it was created I'd definitely post there!

    I kinda agree with you.

But I think I would get all sorts of queer looks if I started a thread entitled 'Johnny Drama's Best Bits'

I say go for it. Plenty of fans judging from the Season 5 thread.

Episode 5 is on its way to me. I suddenly <3 Mondays :pac:
