Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Now't like those kinda Saturdays though are there. I would imagine in your case, all the more sweeter as they may be somewhat rare.

Canny wait for the derby the tomorrow!

    I hate this f*cking weather.

House to myself this weekend, yet not a f*cking bite to eat in the place. Its pishing down outside so cant go to the shop. Cant order takeaway either as cash machine is further than the shop.

    Grumpy.

Back on Pizza Hut now though..

Interesting. I like my pizza with lots of cheese (similar to Pizza Hut I guess) and not athat stuff that drips, but nice string chewy cheese.

Mizzoni's would be a goer you reckon?

Only thing now is to check and see if they deliver to Clontarf.

I don't have a bank hol so no going out on the lash for me tonight.:(

Should have been on the beer from half 1 today and out in Navan tonight but i'll be lucky to go for a few quiet ones or a few at home.

Hope there's some decent films on tonight at least, i have a massive fire going so it is quite appealing to lie here in front of it all night.

I'll be one of the only people on Boards tomorrow cause everyone will be fcuked. Boring day lies ahead reading through old threads looking for embarrasing posts to bring up at opportune moments, a la Pighead...;)

Franciscan Well is a cool spot for boozin. Was there a year or to ago for some beer fest. They had a bbq out back with a shitload of brewers from round the country promoting their beers.
Found some banana beer called Mongoza[I think], mental stuff

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,589 ✭✭✭✭Necronomicon

Damn you Rebel. Enjoy, I can't get out for it. First beer fest I've missed in two or three years :(

And on that depressing note, here's Fake Plastic Trees by Radiohead. I'm not a Radiohead fan by any means, but since hearing this at the end of last week's Entourage I'm loving it.

Was in work from 2 till 10 today after getting in at like 6 this morning. Could barely move due to drinking a load of absinthe, in work at ten in the morning aswell.

I drink there every week, it's a quality pub. Oktoberfest there this weekend, has some laugh friday night, got kinda messy though, but thats what Franciscan nights out are known for! Delerium Tremins, Staropramen and Blarney Blonde are all the drinks on my agenda. :pac:

Friday night - drunk, great night.
Saturday - Died but bought Fable 2 on the xbox and barely moved.
    Sunday - see saturday.
Monday - had to work but get a day off in lieu of my choice. Thinking Friday 21st for no reason.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,570 ✭✭✭✭Frisbee

Friday - College then straight to work
Saturday - Watched Football then out to a Halloween Party/30th
Sunday - In work horribly hungover
Monday - In work horribly tired

    Hi folks

    had a cracking weekend.

Pints on Saturday night, then a party on Sunday, that lasted until last night.

    Quality stuff altogether.

I dressed up as Shrek, and herself was the Princess.
