Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Were ya queuin long to get the blood drawn ibh!?

Got there at 9 and was out by half 10. That included a visit to the doc as well. Was in a really small surgery in Crossmaglen and it was fooking hilarious to hear the old men in the waiting room talking about American having a 'young coloured fella' as their president!!:D

I really don't mind the needle tbh. The nurse told me not to look at it going in cause she said she wasn't driving me home after i faint!

How was your hospital visit? Hate these things especially waiting for results. Not life threatening though so gotta be thankful for that.

o yeah that was freakin hilarious (in a kinda sadistic way), dont think we made her cry tho, think it was the repeated rejection. You woulda thought she woulda got the idea the first time he declined her advances.

I didn't like that spell check on Firefox myself. Too many football names not recognised, red lines all over the place.

Never used any spell check myself. It'd annoy me.

Tucked away from public access, abiding by strict charters,
There was a Soccer forum where us soccer fans did banter.
Joking, kidding, chatting, fighting, stirring **** like diarrhea,
Sure none of us take it serious like, well at least that was the idea.

See now these days no thread is safe, they all eventually fall,
Sure it doesn't even matter if its about a youth team in Donegal,
Cos inevitably it will end up with "Ronaldo's a diving poncebag"
Cue youtube clips and GIF's and "Sure Gerrard's twice as bad"!

And the biggest racists in the world all happen to follow Rangers,
Dirty filthy scumbags, the complete opposite of Celtic's "angels",
Sure why do ya follow Celtic anyway, I thought that you were Irish?
Why dont you send me on your number, we'll meet and you can fight me!

Its like the ghetto, we cant escape, doomed to do no good,
We can only aspire to emulate one who's already fleed the football 'hood.
His model wife, his two ferraris, he's a multiple homeowner,
Yes where were you that faithful day when Este signed for Roma?

    wtf?

This "Saw" franchise is getting as bit silly.

No movie should ever go past a third installment, at the very most.

If you thought 4 was shít, why did you then bother with 5?

Cos there was always meant to be 5. So I figured if u take it as one movie, now you enjoyed the 1st 60% of it, it dwindled for 20%, would u get up and leave without seeing what happened?

Unfortunately it didnt end with any kind of substance or at least i dont think it did. like I said, was only half watching.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 41,926 ✭✭✭✭_blank_

Cos there was always meant to be 5.

Is this true, or was it some marketing ploy to make you pay for 5 films?

Was Saw 1 a standalone movie, with a beginning, middle and end?

Yea I heard there were gonna be 5 after seeing the 1st one. They were all "standalone" but all of them have the kind of ending that screams "sequel".

As long as there is young fellas looking to get up a girls shirt, these sorts of films will always be a cash cow for the cinemas.

SAW was good because of the shock value.
SAW2 was ok because it was a little more gruesome.

    The rest have been ****e

Morning ladies. Thank the Lord it's thursday, another week's back broken. People around me are already planning their weekends but it's a week since I got paid and I have 100 euro to do me the month.

I think I may be living beyond my means because this is the 3rd month this situation has found me.

Intriguing. A vagina's wall with the head of a vagina. Not a fan then?

I've been spending money I don't have since May!

Finally out of debt and I'm already lookin likely to go back into debt before the end of the month!

    Don't borrow any money.

Stop doing things you can't afford to do.

Stop spending money you don't have.

    Simple willpower.

You went to the cinema last night. How much did that cost you?

    Tickets and munchies.

I'm out of debt as of 2 weeks ago.

I'm only goin on the p1ss once this month and thats next weekend for my brithday which I think I should allow myself to do!

I wont be goin into any massive debt (like i got into back in May and have been payin off ever since) but I'm just curious whether I'll make it to the next paycheque without borrowing.

Cinema cost me €15 for ticket and munch.

So, that's fifteen quid you could have in your pocket now if you'd stayed in with your gf and had a cup of tea and some biscuits instead.

I was exactly the same. I was expecting it to be rubbish but it was better than I expected and got quite a few laughs from me. Actually more laughs from me than from herself…:o
