Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    So we're both scorpios,

    We're both what?

I had a girl tell me one time that we were incompatible because we were both the same star sign.

    Idiot.

We were incompatible because you read that shíte and I think it's a load of codswallop.

    Codswallop.

    Anyone ever wallop a cod?

Scorpio's feelings are intense, passionate and last for eternity. Scorpio has an all or nothing attitude to sex and deep, powerful and tempestuous instincts. Scorpios enjoy giving, withholding, delaying and releasing pleasure and can scratch and bite.

There is a sense of urgency to their desire which adds to their intensity. Not surprisingly their more timid partners may feel safer under the bed than under the covers. Drawn to all that is mysterious, forbidden and taboo, Scorpio will leave no area unexplored in their search for ultimate sexual satisfaction.

Scorpio is also associated with the pelvis, buttocks and genital apparatus and these areas should be given special attention and handled regularly and with sensitivity.
How to score with a Scorpio: Scorpio can read others like a book so be direct and honest. If they like you you’ll know; they’ll reciprocate increasingly intimate physical contact.
Ideal date: Scorpios don't mind a little danger and mystery and the risk of discovery can turn them on. Take them on a trip on the Orient Express.

It is nonsense altogether. I find it funny watching some people who won't leave home without reading them!

Haven't played one of those games in years. Just wondering, how do they work multiplayer now?
I mean if your mate is sitting beside you looking at the screen your picking your play on surely he can just set up his D in a perfect cover for your O?
    And vice versa

Honestly couldn't tell you. None of my mates here are into it so I just play on my own.

The game play is superb though, especially in the career mode.

Aight cool. Cheers. Main reason I'd get it is for Multiplayer. Assuming my brother would let me near his XBox of course... little ass****

Haven't used Vista myself but I can tell you I will never be going near another windows machine for personal use. I hate the fact that I am stuck with it in work.

Seriously it's awful. Why do you think MS are making shapes for Windows 7 only a year or two after releasing Vista - XP has been around 8 years. Vista's life cycle will be about 3.

    Even MS think it's shíte.

    or an XP machine.

    Or a Linux box

I got a loan of a new laptop for my postgrad. It has a Vista sticker on it, but as far as I can tell it's XP. Never really used Vista so can't comment on the criticisms, but happy enough with XP.

Has anyone ever used a MacBook? My friend swears by them.

You can tell by the start button

    If it's green, it's xp

if it's roundy with the windows flag, it's vista

Sweet. Are they gonna put it on their website? I'd love to see it. Must get the echo later, the photographer got myself and my friend a few times.

Yeah I got a Macbook pro last Feb and I now swear by it too. I get pissed off having to use XP in work so much, can't imagine what I would be like if they forced me on to Vista.

Unfortunately with the business world still largely controlled by Windows I will prob be stuck with them professionally for life.

Ever read the quotes on www.bash.org?

Great way to pass time. And one of the top 100 ones reminds me of the above conversations.

Jim - name one thing your PC can do that My Mac can't.
    Bob- right click.

There's only 10 type of people who get computer jokes.

A Mac mouse only has one button. ;)

Proper order too. That button on the right does fcuk all.

My 2c on the Xp versus Vista debate is; Vista is sh'te and XP is much better cause my missus said so.;) Apparently this is close to being true anyway. She set up my sisters new laptop and said it was damn hard to use..

Edit: Just noticed the 10 people get computer jokes thing. WTF??? I can only guess this refers to binary or something. I know electronic programming uses binary so I’d guess computers do as well.

Whut? I be right clicking all the time. How else you gonna scope?

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 18,115 ✭✭✭✭ShiverinEskimo

I right click very often. Especially when I'm too lazy to extended my left arm and use ctrl-c, ctrl-v to copy/paste. Which is often.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 32,069 ✭✭✭✭~Rebel~

newer macs, while only having 1 button, made it so you can click the right side or left side if you want 2 different functions, so it works a treat, easier then hitting the 'apple' key every time you click. Ill def be getting an apple next, can run windows beside MacOS on the same computer so theres no reason not to really.

Necronomicon, was just looking at the freakscene site, you and your buddy in all yer glory!
