Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    The proper term is "Goon".

    A box of Goon.

    VB is terrible. The aussies call it Vaginal Backwash - and I'd be inclined to agree. Still though, beats Toohey's New and Carlton. All crap to be honest - Aussies don't have a clue how to make beer.

    just for an update;

    for tonights proceedings i picked up;

    -Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
    -Stranger Than Fiction

    and

    -Reign Over Me

    as well as a copy of Ryan Adams "Gold" to put on the stereo :cool:

    KKBB and Stranger than Fiction are very watchable. Enjoyed both - Val Kilmer's stint as a Gay P.I. was of particular note.

    I missed the majority of this current plot line in your dramatic life Alan - I gather you're welcoming a girl round tonight am I correct? Is this a first date or are you progressing along?

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 9,608 ✭✭✭Spud83

    I cant bellieve VB is getting such a beating. Normally just went for the cheapest crate which alot of the times was VB.

    Also the aussies can make a nice beer, 6.5% too.

    Tooheys_Extra_Dry_P_largejp.jpg

    And yes the box wine of wine is called goon, and gets you completely fuc*king smashed for really really cheap. A really really messy drunk on that stuff.

    It also has fish eggs in it.:eek:

    Go to your control panel and change your number of posts per page to 40 or 50 or something - your page numbers mean nothing to me.

    When seeing a woman, when you're 23, Id classify 35 as an "older woman". Nothing wrong with that. :cool:

    The reason I asked for a short synopsis of the situation was to avoid such rummaging. I've just completed said rummaging and now am fully up to speed with your current love affair with one of the golden girls.

    On my point of 'posts-per-page' setting - you should seriously consider it - less pages means less clicking between them.

    BTW - when I was reviewing the initial posts I notice you posted a Paul McCartney video in every post. wtf?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 29,372 ✭✭✭✭Mr Alan

    I was hung over on the couch and watching his gig from Anfield the other week. sharing is caring.

    (which Rafa was at btw and had to point at the stage over and over to tell some people in the crowd to look at the band and not him! legend)

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 18,115 ✭✭✭✭ShiverinEskimo

    Rafa has no place within these walls. This is an off-topic thread.

    ah i know.

    the funny thing is though, my last really serious girlfriend was older than me too. i was 21/22, she was 26/27.....and we broke up......cause of the age! :)

    (well that was a major factor)
