The truth is he wasn't actually banned. Roma had open trials last week and he hopped on a plane over. The whole 'he's not around cause he's banned' thing was a smoke screen in case things didn't work out.

And surely open trials means that anybody can go. Do you have to be any good to attend those things or just have the few quid a flight would cost ?
