Just had a pizza from MYO (make your own) in the IFSC.
Lads anyone that hasnt been and who can you must!

Seriously, €6.50 for a 9" pizza that you can make yourself.
My pizza had 5 cheeses and 6 meats, ****ing heaven.
Need a sleep now though

Isnt the muscle in your upper leg your quad! So you tore the tear in your quad? Jesus man, run some miles and condition your legs!! I dont get muscle injuries too much bar copious amounts of bruising which I can handle, I break and bruise bones a lot tho which is worse
