I've not heard the term, can you give us more context?

Is there a sub-tenancy involved?

There's usually a large tenant (e.g Dunnes, Tesco) referred to as the 'Anchor Tenant', i.e the reason people will initially choose to go to the shopping centre.
I've not heard the phrase 'Tow Tenant' before though, but i imagine it's something similar

Having looked again, I think this is the explanation. The ad said 'let to tow tenants' which is probably 'two'. The different categories like 'anchor,' 'sitting' etc threw me.
