I agree with nesf's earlier comment, the new mod should have some modding experience. It's a tough gig and, no disrespect to her, Dudess is still relatively new to the job and there probably should be only one trainee mod at a time. Hagar would get my vote, but I know he's trying to lose some of the modships he already has, so I reckon smashey would be the ideal man for the job.

She works pretty much the same way as nesf.
Me and Karoma may appear to do most of the modding, but that's far from true.
