    Hi sparkle1,

We live in the Park and got a letter about two weeks ago. We're in a 2 bed townhouse and it said we owed about €360. We then received another letter last week saying that an error had had been made in the original budget and that we actually owed €415.... Nice.

Wood will be issued in the next few weeks seems they are toying with the idea of including a playground levy too (despite it not being built yet) they assure me that it will be commenced in the coming weeks in the central median of the spine road about half way up. Mind you I thought this years budget and charges were decided at the agm late last year:mad:

how on earth can they locate a playground in that area when cars bomb up and down on either side at ridiculous speeds. there are going to be alot of squashed kids if it goes ahead.

surely speed ramps should put be in place first as a priority before even considering locating a playground there.

More speed ramps= speeding between the ramps.

some idiots will speed no matter what is put in front of them, but overall ramps do slow cars down. There should be a ramp at each junction on the Spine road.
