I'm sure most people have heard about the Court case between Ciarnan Convery and the Irish News in relation to a resturant review that was published in the paper in August 2000. Basically Ciarnan Convery, the owner, sued the newspaper for libel over a highly critical review of his restaurant, and a jury found in his favour…
