    Got a new apple i-pod and im having a problem downloading songs from i-tunes. When i plug my i-pod in, i-tunes recognizes it under devices but there are no options for synchronizing it to my i-pod. I highlight i-pod tab but no option appears for auto synchronize or manual synchronize, only the playlists appear. Ive gone though the help section, but NO HELP! Its driving me mad,lol. Thx Terry
