    Some kids are just born cool.

    Sundays. For many the only day of the week they get to spend some quality time with their kids. Whether it's playing in the local playground, going for a walk or watching Shrek/High School Musical for the 50th time – we want to do things with them that make them smile but won't drive us crazy and that can be a tricky balance...And we at The Rock + Roll Rescue Squad have the answer!

    The Rattle & Roll Club is Ireland’s first dedicated disco for Toddlers, Pre-Schoolers and Kids, including the one in you! What it offers is a chance for the family to really have fun together. Doing something that everyone can enjoy. So why not dance the afternoon away to a soundtrack of 80’s pop, Soul and Disco from our resident DJ. Our in house dance leader will help the kids shake, rattle and roll. And all the while, we'll keep the volume at a tot-tolerable level. Or maybe you can sit out a few numbers and have a coffee or glass of wine, read the papers and watch the sails drift by in the bay while your partner dances with your kids.
    The Rattle + Roll Club is a proper clubbing experience for young children, in a safe, spotless and luxurious environment with a real mirror ball lit dance floor, Resident DJ and child friendly staff.

    And after you've danced yourselves silly, and your little ones have burned off some of that manic energy, pop down stairs for the best brunch on the bay at The Bodega Tapas & Wine Bar. Our freshly made food is ideal for the whole family – with small and large portions to choose from.
    Finally, a real alternative for parents who want to do something different and imaginative with their young children; an afternoon spent making memories on the dance floor. We offer secure parking, full baby changing facilities and a party in a safe and clean environment! We also welcome and cater for groups and birthday parties.


    Our door policy is that kids pay the cover charge and the parents and babies can come as their guests! ADM €7 for toddlers and up. Group rates are available.

    Sundays will never be the same again!
