Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Free flights at ryanair.com - they said they would give away 1m flights if their horse won at Cheltenham. It didn't win, but they're still giving away the flights.

Limited routes, April travel only, mon-thurs, sat.

cc charges apply (4 euro per leg).

    How does this work?

I tried to book a return trip to Birmingham on Saturday the 5th of April but the flight would cost €85.

The free flights are to destinations that I wouldn't go out of my way to go to eg Leeds, Rodez, Santander, Cork

It says on the press release that the 1c will be refunded on request:
Editors Note: A nominal 1 p charge applies and will be reimbursed on request

Does the same apply to the cc charge? Wouldn't fancy the chances.

bet it would come under the "Offer excludes optional discretionary charges" as quoted on the terms page link here

Wonder why so many from Shannon on this offer, 10 routes while Dublin has 8 Link

Ryanair don't accept laser due to the fact that laser wouldn't allow them to charge a fee.

And notice that it is a handling fee now, not a credit card fee.....

However, your handling fee only changes based on what credit card you use.

Actually it is often cheaper to fly to Cork with Ryanair without the sales. I'm not sure though now with the new changes in their price structure.

I loved when these sales actually meant literally 1c flights, not even cc charges, but I'd say they got loads of people not bothering to show up.

4 to Glasgow return for €32.08 I assume the no charges taxes means the usual Airport taxes etc , Some of the payment option do not charge the €4 per flight. It's still a steal . Thanks for the heads up op

Are people sure they're charging credit card fees now, as I've never been charged fees before on their free flights offers? The little notice about handling fees is always there even if it's not being charged.

EDIT:It looks like they are. Cost jumped to €8.02 after I entered VISA in the box.
