Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Advice for Roaccutane Use.

I've just been started on roaccutane for the first time by my dermatologist. He advised me to use sun block and some form of moisturizer. can anyone recommend the best possible products so as to avoid any bad skin reactions!? Also, did anyone drink alcohol while they were on it, and if so, did you do any damage? Any advice…

Anyone ever suffer a breakout after a night of drinking while on roaccutane?
Simply looking for peoples experiences! Understood you should not drink while taking medication and that I intend to consult my own doctor about this but would be interested to hear from people who are also taking the meds.

I went for two sessions over the Christmas and have experienced no side effects. Got of bloods done today so will have them back Friday.
I usually find that alcohol dosen't give me breakouts.
When I was drinking I found that R.A. had no affect on my tolerance level.
I wouldn't go on a session often though, once every two months maybe but I would have a glass or two of red wine 2 - 3 times a week.
If there is a problem your blood test will show it up and you will know better how your body is dealing with R.A.
