I haven't read any for a few years but I use to read them all the time when I was younger.
The best I have read is Paul McKenna's Instant Confidence. Wrote in a very simple fashion and some great tips how to increase your confidence in different situations. It also came with a CD that I still listen to on occasion. I would never say a book changed my life but it did have a very positive effect on me.
