bmw hard to start when hot

2.5 tds se 95 (could take 10 seconds to start) when hot,no heater light comes on when hot. starts when cold.

hmmm it could be the sensors... and it is a deisil , did you check it out in the garage yet ??

Does it feel down on power when you are driving it as well, especially when warmed up. If so, I may be able to suggest a possible cause.
