that one is photoshoped , that car is often used in the " best civic " photoshop compotitions where you make the worst civic possable by adding carbon fiber , mugen body kits , stupid " racing " decals etc.

Huh? That image isn't photoshopped, mate. It's from a real Type-R, from this set of photos: http://www.carview.co.jp/magazine/photo_impression/2007/honda_civic_typer/

 Its the new FD2 civic type R in a fairly unphotoshopped form.

@The op,i would imagine honda would get you it albeit at a price.

I know theres an optional spoiler on the standard saloon but i dont think its as big as the FD2's one

Yeah, don't mind the wait as long as I can get my hands on one.

What are people's thoughts on the car, just out of curiosity? I'm torn between it (the JDM saloon) or the 1.8 ES euro version (same i-vtec in both). Took the euro version for a quick test drive yesterday and was pretty sweet :)

I have been actually been thinking about importing an Integra from Japan (bonus: girlfriend works in a customs clearance company) so that's also an option too.

Always been a fan of Hondas Civics and when I saw the euro version for the first time in Wired magazine a couple of years ago, I thought to myself Wow, that's really different. I want one!'. I like the 1.8 i-vtec engine too. Good balance of performance and economy.
