After reading the first post in both this and the problem thread I believe the real solution to this problem is that both OP's to go back to school and learn how to construct proper sentences.

    That is all.

"the real solution to this problem is that both OP's to go back to school"

Yeah, because one apostrophe error is totally on the same scale as entire paragraphs of text without full stops, capital letters or indeed any aid to readability.

My god, it's almost as ironic as using the medium of verbal diarrhoea to communicate an issue involving poo:

the rescue dog i got last saturday will not stop messing in the house, the first few days was acceptable and expected,i showed her it was wrong by bringing her back to it,showing it to her and saying no,then as days went on i started putting her outside, she didn't make any mess thursday or friday day when i left her in the hall with my other dog for about 6 hours.friday night she pee'd twice, her punishment was that i locked her outside for about 1/2 an hour and when she came back in i ignored her for a while.she isn't nervous so it's not nerves making her do it and she is well aware that it is wrong!saturday she pee'd 3 times and done a poo which she had a small slap on the nose for and again, out the back....then today, she has done 2 pee's,both times she was given a small slap on the nose and put outside and just now she was fine, all happy and then went into the hall and left me a little parcel and another pee, this time i dipped her nose into it(not rubbed, and not rough) and she is at the moment outside!!!what do i do?how can i get it through to her,i'm SO sick of mopping,i've never had a dog do this SO much, she seems to have more poo coming out than food going in!!!!i know it's only been a week but this is constant.i'll bring her for walks and she'll do her business and then come back and do it in the house,i'll let her out the back and she'll do her business and again, come inside to do it another time.i'm starting to worry that my other very well trained dog is going to start doing it too to mark his territory

I didn't say it was but there's actually two mistakes in what I highlighted. Anyway that's not the point. I'm just saying stoned people in houses shouldn't throw glass. :)

A mod should not be unduly harsh on someone getting back to basic grammar.
I found one mod (speaking on behalf of boards.ie ) have a go at me (in a helpful manner) about my grammar. Surprisingly! A mod began to use bad grammar in the very next thread.

I suggest that there should be a grammar moderator. They should specialise in educationl PM's to poster's that need help with their grammar.
    The benefit's:
Boards.ie will probably receive a nobel prize.
The goverment might issue it with a grant....$$
    It's participant's will likely donate....
People will be more confident on other internet forums....

It is a unique way for people to improve their skill's, and their is no end of people that would enjoy helping other people improve their grammar.

could be a good idea for some, but alot of people (like me) know that they are making errors and continue to do so because its easier and quicker

You see, I don't get that.

Not digging at you, but I see that as laziness, and I'm trying not to be pedantic.

The verbal equivalent would be mumbling on the 'phone because you can't be arsed pronouncing words properly. That or spouting TLAs all the time.

No one minds the odd typo, and boards is light years ahead of some other places on the web in terms of grammatical standards, despite what some would have you believe.

Which shows disrespect towards the people who read the posts. Few people are going to have issue with the odd spelling or grammar mistake here and there or posters who suffer from dyslexia and the like. The cases where people take issue are when a poster flings whatever thoughts come into their head without any regard for effort or making their posts readable and then expect other people to take the time to help them. "Help me. No I couldn't be arsed putting in full stops or vowels.".

'I' takes a capital letter (doubly so because it's at the start of a sentence).

Sentences generally have a full stop (one of these -->.) at the end.

This thread, much like the one it was about, has gone way off topic. It's much better now. :D

On the whole grammar moderator idea: I don't think it's really necessary here. Boards probably has the best written posts of any discussion forum on the whole t'internet and there's not too much txt spk rltvly spkng. The only time I pick someone up on grammar or spelling is when they are themselves giving out about somebody else's. I find it leaves you less open to ridicule yourself when you inevitably make a french connection uk up of your own. ;)

Errors were intentional. I didn't think either OP would understand what I was saying unless there were errors.
