Pretty sure you can use it as a non-member.

From UL, if you are walking, just follow the river bank til you come to the canal, then follow the canal to the new bridge beside St. Mary's rugby pitch. Grove island Leisure centre is beside the pitch.

If you are driving, drive towards town, at the parkway take the exit going towards the Art college. Down the hill past frank Hogans car sales and take the right at the traffic lights. Then go past the one way street on your left and take the next left. The bridge you drive over is over the canal, the leisure centre is just after the rugby pitch on your left.

You can definately use it as a non member, think its around €5.

But there are specified times for the public and for some reason they tend to get everybody out ot the pool after maybe an hour for 15 mins to "clean" it out, so you'd want to double check the pool times. They do a timetable on a friday for the following week.
