Warning light on 06 VW Polo

Hi, a warning light has appeared on my 06 polo. The manual says it's "fault in the exhaust system" and to bring it to a dealer asap. I was wondering if anyone had seen it before. Its a yellow light that looks like an engine. Any ideas?

You need to get it on the dealers computer to read the fault or have it reset. You can drive safely as its a yellow/orange light. Its engine management light so could have a number of causes.
