Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Team Ireland take their first victory in A1 gp!!!!

    Ireland win the main race in Mexico City. A great win for the team which was well over due. The win came from great on track action and the pit stop clinched the 1st position for Carroll when Ireland pitted nearly 3 seconds faster then the Swiss team,wiping out the lead the Swiss had coming into the pits.Great team effort by all.
    Swiss car got a drive through with 6 laps to go(but they weren't going to get past anyway:D) which fastened the win for Carroll.
    Well done to team Ireland and on Paddy's weekend to boot.:D:D:D

    Great race by the whole team. Those two pitstops were perfect. Came fourth in the sprint as well :D

    Just finished watching the highlights programme. Delighted for the team. They couldn't have picked a better weekend to win their first race! Great drive by Adam in both races. Mark Gallagher broke down in tears when he was being interviewed, he was overjoyed.

    Saw the race on TV3 last night. I was a great race alright.
    The Irish pit crew really won the race.
    This is not to take from the driver, he did great as well but he did not look like overtaking anyone on the track.

    Well deserved, they have been savage at the stops all year anyway, its just at Mexico they were close enough to the front for it to matter....

    Carroll drove well too
