Just wondering if anyone knows of any courses run in Ireland specialising in sugarcraft/wedding cakes?

    Thanks!

I think Cakes and Co. in Blackrock do courses in icing, sugarcraft etc.

I know they had everning courses on in newpark secondary school a few years ago. you make the sugar flower and ice cakes - that sort of thing. check the evening course listings. otherwise enquire in any cake decorating shop :)

Thanks a mill for the replies, I haven't checked this thread in ages and I'm delighted with the replies...particulary the recommendation for 'Cakebox' that's exactly what I'm looking for.

    Thanks again!
