signing code with cert

    Hi

    i have a a buddy and he needs to sign an exe program he has developed. this he plans to distribute on his website and therefore has bought a code cert.

    he has just sent me on the cert he got from comodo (through a reseller)
    so i have the cert and the exe - how do i sign the exe with the cert ?
