I know you aren't busy at all Paul
so if you have a moment, could you check why a Lawrence Cowser (I think that is his surname) wasn't on todays list? I have swapped 5% with him!!!! He was definitely playing today.
Seriously though, if it can be easily done great, if not don't put yourself out too much about it.

Gary just posted on the PPP blog that doke is out. He opened the pot for a 3x the BB raise from late position and was called from the blinds.
Flop KKJ and his c - bet of 300 is checkraised to 800, he calls.
The villian fires 1500 on an 8 turn and sticks Dara in for the rest of his tank (5kish apparantly) on a 10 river.
Dara called down and was shown KJ.
Knowing Dara, he was probably coolered to some extent. I would imagine his most likely holding with that action was AK.0 -

Good read! AK is exactly what I had.
Not my finest hour though: I should probably have got away.
Preflop action was actually raise to 2.5 BB from middle position, call, raise from me on the button to 8 BB, fold, call from the guy with KJ.
When the flop comes KKJ I'm obviously thinking happy days, though once I was check-raised I had to think about the possibility of KJ or JJ. To be honest I wasn't expecting KJ given the pre-flop action (I think most players would fold KJ out of position when a known rock reraises) and was more afraid of JJ. Once he went all in at the end, I should have thought more about how little I was actually beating, or splitting with (I thought he might have AK), but it's very hard to get away from top set top kicker when you're heads up with half your stack in already and getting 2 to 1 on the call. I know I need to be able to get away from those big hands more though.
That wasn't my exit hand incidentally, but it did leave me crippled and I was out a short while later when I pushed with A9 from the SB, got called by Q10, and he rivered a 10.
Oh well, just one of those days where nothing goes right. Good luck tomorrow to you and all the other boardsies playing.0 -
