Spain to win Euro Champs 6/1 (I know their the perennial under achievers but with the likes of torres and fabregas i think they have a great chance)

Kerry to win All Ireland 6/4

Man U to win the Premiership 1/2

    20 quid returns over 500!

    cracking odds
    B U T
can't see either Spain or France winning Euro2008.
    better option might be
    Man Utd league 2/7
    MK Dons league2 4/6
    Swansea league1 4/11
    Kerry football 6/4
    Kilkenny hurling 5/6
    Pompey fa cup 10/11
    rangers scottish 1/2
which is 37/1 for a 767 payout on 20 euro staked
and then try guess which 1 lets you down !!

As stated already, this bet wouldnt have been possible at those prices as the two united bets are related. If you go to PP/Ladbrokes etc. and even try to add both to the bet slip, it tells you

How are the united bets related?

All bookies treat these bets as related. I guess it’s because if they win one, they have a better chance of winning the other as they are playing well etc. At the start of the season, United could have been 2.5 to win the league and 7.0 to win the champs league, but that doesn’t mean you can go into the bookies and do these as a double (at 17.5). You would end up getting maybe 13.0.

    Very true.
But I would have more acceptance of it if the reverse logic also applied.
Example, If I backed (at start of season) Chelsea for the League and MUFC for the Champions League shouldn't I get a bonus on top of the quoted odds?
Because by definition MUFC weren't playing well enough at the end of the season to win the League so I should get better odds for the Champions League part of the double.
