Straight to voicemail on UK phone

I'm looking to find a way to go straight to the voicemail of a UK number - like you can do in Ireland by putting '5' between the 08X prefix and the seven digit number. Anyone know what you need to do if you want to be put straight to the voicemail of a UK number? Thanks for your help!

As far as I know I don't think you can dial directly into a UK mobile voicemail. I had a UK mobile for a few years and I never heard of this feature but I stand to be corrected.
