Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You seem to have over estimated madrids pullling power mate, this isnt the same club that wooed zizu n figo, all they got now are players who are past there best like rvn and raul

I wish United still had that player who was past it, RVN.

Flying lunge should have been sent off for it, if not that then the way he reacted to.

Watching a stream, i would not watch Man U unless they are playing Liverpool

Quote from the BBC live updates. Apparently a horrific tackle from a dirtbag of a player.
2046: Ashley Cole should be off. Sorry. But that is a fact. He piles in on Alan Hutton, catching him half-way up his shin. Unbelievable. What is worse is that he's complaining about getting a yellow card.

    2140: GOAL Tottenham 3-4 Chelsea
Tottenham lose the ball in midfield, Didier Drogba provides the pass for Joe Cole. Cole sidesteps Pascal Chimbonda's pathetic attempt at a challenge and hammers the ball into the top corner.
    2113: GOAL Tottenham 1-3 Chelsea
Didier Drogba feeds Joe Cole, who runs around the ponderous Pascal Chimbonda and sees his shot loop off Paul Robinson's arm and into the net.

yep and he had the cheek to moan about the free. i got banned last week for calling a certain player a name, so i wont fall into the trap again, but he really is a horrible horrible person. i was flicking between the united game and the chelsea game and i just caught the tackle and him moaning, the next 2 times i flicked back, he was at it again. ashley cole is the most hateable player in the game of football at the moment.

im dying to call him some names, just to make myself better, can I, please???;)

though its been a great night for united again. the title is now in our grasp, lets hope we tighten that grip on Sunday.

Join us in the Spurs forum, you can call him anything you want...:D

Deeply deeply unpleasant individual, everytime I see his whiny face I get a fierce urge to head butt somebody/thing...I hope Michael Brown or Ben Thatcher (ex-Yids the two) get to do a special on him and finish him off.

Just watched the extended highlights of the Spurs vs Chelsea match. Some game! Pity Sky didn't televise it live. Brilliant goal by Robbie Keane. Thank God he wasn't taken off this time!

Awful tackle by Ashley Cole. Should have been sent off. And then he throws a strop afterwards and disrespects the referee. Shameful stuff. Is there a worse role model in the English game than this guy? I don't think so.

Ronaldo wrapped up the Bolton game rather nicely. It was pretty comfortable after that other than maybe ten minutes in the second half when Bolton had a go.

Table is looking pretty good right now. It's all set up very nicely for this weekend.

Good win for united, happy with the 3 points, ashely cole is a ******g. has to be said, absolute bare faced cheek protesting on that that tackle, christ, taylor is getting hounded for his tackle but i bet this one will be forgotten after tomorrow even though it was worse

What a game. Another 4 - 4 involving Spurs, but against a really top team in Chelsea. How Berbs missed I don't know, but that's Cuddicini for you. As for Ashley Cole, I really can't stand him. He is one of the most hateful players in the league, and I can't believe a) he wasn't sent off for the tackle and b) the cheek he had to plead his innocence.

He needs to be banned for at least the rest of the season for that behaviour.

Of course, the ballsless FA won't do anything about.

This "the ref already punished it so we can't do nuthin'" shíte is total bollix.

So many of all the top teams songs sound like each other. Because some tunes are catchy, and it's hard enough to get the masses to sing, so if theres a catchy tune, all fans are gona try and adjust it. Every once in a while theres a new tune, but nearly all the songs you hear at stadiums have similar tunes. Who steal who from what is just silly to be honest.

I couldn't get any commentary, but why was Diouf's free kick not allowed?

Shocking from Ashley Cole, I'm really pissed off the ref gave him a yellow. Why? Because if he had done nothing, he would get an instant 3 match ban, maybe more, but because the ref already acted on it (stupidest rule ever) he gets away scot free.

Diouf hit the free kick before the ref blew his whistle.

Ah, fhew :) I saw that and was just like, wtf!? Praise the lord for impetulance :) Especially because the keeper was ready and all.

Great day for United though :)
3 points clear of Arsenal, 5 points clear of Chelsea, all while not really having played well in the last 2 months.
