Hiya again, haha I have another request! Does anyone know of any good, reliable horses for sale websites? I've already gone thoroughly through the usual ones like DoneDeal.ie and irish Horse trader, so I'm just wondering if there's any more out there?

Oh and I'm going to get even more specific now haha, any websites with connemara ponies for sale? (I've finally decided I'm going to get a connie!) Or even stables that specialise in connemaras that might have a few for sale? (Don't care where in the country it is!)

Oh and if this isn't aloud mods, feel free to delete!!

Alright so i hope I get a few suggestions here!
    So thanks in advance!!

You could also try www.irishpony.com (lishmar connemara stud). They always have lovely ponies. You can PM me either as I know of one coming on the market soon.

xxKarenxx I was looking at the site already, there are some gorgeous ponies up there, but it hasn't seemed to be updated in a long while!

I decided connemara was the way to go, I'm getting a pony for my 18th but being only 5'2 I can get away with a 14.2hh! (also pony rates on livery)

So were going to start looking properly in May, but yea xxKarenxx if you hear of any good connemaras (preferably good show jumpers) feel free to PM away!!

Hi, do you just want a connemara in general or does it have to be one with papers? You will get an unregistered connie / one without papers easy enough. IMO theres not much point paying a lot more for one with papers unless you will be doing showing or registered connemara shows.

I'm not really fussy really, I just love the breed and it's perfect for what I want to do; local show jumping competitions and the likes, I'm not planning on going anywhere big with the pony. Hmmm that's a good question actually, never though about whether the pony I'm gettinG should have papers or not! I'm sure it won't really matter though, not planning on anything big, maybe a few mini, midi, maxi competitions at yards or something!
