    Has anyone else heard that there will be no buses to finglas this weekend ?

    « PREVIOUS NEXT »Dublin Bus services in Finglas are due to be cut back this weekend because of increasing attacks on vehicles.

    Drivers have reported a string of incidents in which rocks are thrown at their vehicles in the suburb.

    SIPTU says there has been an average of one attack per night over the past three weeks.

    Buses on the number 40 and 220 routes will be withdrawn from 7pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday as a result.

    Get the 120 to Cabra West (Ratoath rd end) and walk over the bridge to Finglas if your stuck :)

    Just after talking about it on Joe Duffy. The little f*ckers are back it again brick was put through the window of a bus on Sunday evening this after the drivers had decided to change thier minds on Friday. Looks like the drivers will probably pull out again :mad:

    I sometimes work out in Blanchardstown Corporate Park, and get the 40D back to town.

    The bus I was on the other night was bombarded with rocks by a bunch of little nackars as we came down through Finglas. Luckily they were limp wristed little sh*ts and no damage was done.. not nice though.
