    Can anyone tell me what duties a company secretary for a management company has? Currently our MA does it for us but if it would save us money, we might be able to pawn it off on an unsuspecting su... willing volunteer!

    Would this person be responsible for keeping records of invoices and receipts, as well as preparing files for the auditors, and then the CRO?
