    Hey guys, i'm thinking of buying a US iphone on adverts and i just want to be clear on a few things.

    Can US iphones (once unlocked) be used over here on vodafone to send/receive calls and texts?
    Is the unlocking process completely softmod (or do i have to mess with the physical device)?

    Are current US versions unlockable?

    Any tips or pointers would be really helpful.
