Can the origional (good) pipe work be used when fitting a power shower.
Where is the pump usually located.
What is a good type (make ) to buy.
Is there much electrical work involved.

    Looking forward to any info

I used a Monsoon 3bar which I installed in my hotpress. I used existing pipework and it's electrical connection is a 3 pin plug. Mine is used to feed the entire house so the negative is the high pressure on taps can be splashy.
I since rewired and now have a switch outside each bathroom so it can be switched on prior to a shower. Monsoon cost around €600 but there are cheaper out there, I was adviced to avoid the cheaper plastic ones as they tend to get too hot and cut out it they're in use too long.
