Well if you're restricting yourself to local software what's the point of having the fax emailing itself to you?

Setup efax account - point all incoming faxes to fax@yourdomain.com
Give all your / selected users access to same.

I think you need to explain exactly what your looking for a bit better.

Just wanted some recommendations on fax software

Efax.com will do that. Lets you keep ur fax number too. eliminates cost of fax machine, ink, paper, etc.

after chatting with efax earlier today

    1. you can have a local fax number but not your own, you would have to forward calls to their number.. (costs)

    2. We recieve about 300 faxes per month .. efax charge for faxes recieved (11c) after 200 on top of their monthly charge

    3. With local software there is no fax machine , ink or paper.

OK another solution is to port the number to blueface and use their email to fax system, unlimited. €49 per year.

If you are set on paying line rental and using a machine / software combination then we are into a completly different set of requirments.
