Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    A mate of mines emails in vista mail have all disappeared an when you go into accounts there is none there. very confusing. any ideas of how to get them back :confused:

    Has he logged in as a different user by any chance?

    only one user account on the pc. tried system restore but no such luck

    Per default Windows Mail hides email read.
    When you are in the mailbox, check the small menu on the top right (Scroll), there should be the option to "show all emails".

    Now if you are saying there is not even an account, that sounds strange.
    Check the LocalData folder to make sure there is actually something.
