Xbox live - Go to Xtravision!

Have to let the masses know. Xbox live in Xtravision is 59.99 as normal, but you get a twelve + 1 for the regular price. That means you get one month free in case you don't geddit. This was in Ennis so I'm not sure if it's everywhere else, but I just thought you'd like to know. Happy Easter!

I don't actually know, that was my first time actualy buying xbox live, I was previously on the months free trial but that expired in January.

Although, it said on the box new or existing members so I assume that it works.

Yes correct, the 12+1 memberships are for new users only. Don't buy this if your an existing XBL customer.

A few people have done this on boards.

Just wondering, I had the initial one month subscription that you get when you buy a new xbox and that's now expired, so if I got this am I a new subscribor if I get this or does having used that free month disqualify me from this?

Was it not just the case that American 12+1 subs wouldn't work for existing customers here? I'm sure American 12+1 subs work for Americans, so surely European 12+1 will work for those of us with existing subs?

I bought a 12+1 sub off an american company on ebay and it worked fine (existing customer). 13 months for about €33. Can't complain.

Yep thats correct, European 12+1 subs do work here. (For existing and for new members)

Ebay is definetely the place to go, renewed my account only 2 weeks ago with a 12+1 sub for 35 bobs! Code was emailed to me within the hour.

Went into Gamestop looking for a 3 month subscription they said it would be €25 but they had none in stock and they couldn't give me an idea of when they would be, popped into Xtravision and they had loads and for a fiver cheaper!
