iv always wanted to know what the toughest neighbourhood in Limerick city was, does any1 know? i mean like boarded up houses, constant antisocial behaviour,drugs, horse and traps, just pure hell! maybe a park in moyross? like delmage park or maybe a place in southill like omalley park, iv heard places in prospect are…
