You know the vans for transporting good that need to be kept refridgerated!

    Does any one know??....
Is it possible to kit out a Landcruiser to do the same job??
Obviously its possible but is it any more costly than kitting out a van??
And how much does it cost? Van & Jeep!

    Cheers lads!

You'd have to partition off the back of the jeep first, unless you want to freeze your bollix off. The Landcruiser will put out 120W @ 12V, so that should be enough to drive a small fridge compressor.

Seen a good few around so it's definately possible. I priced it up a couple of years ago but wouldn't be able to give even a rough estimate.

Don't think the compressor/refrigerator unit is the expensive thing, it's the insulated material fit out in the back that bumps up the price.

If you want to do this with a Landcruiser then do it with a Landcruiser truck.
