Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You need to call them to cancel it.

It a contract so if you cancel it, its gone and you still have to pay.

Can only do by phone,

Give them a call on
1 800 509 186
or +353 12420758 from a mobile phone.

Pick the xbox live option, and there's an option to cancel after that.

As helix says they'll credit back whatever unused time you've got left pro rata.

Unless you've used a prepaid card.

I'm sure it's option 3 in the xbox 360 menu of the customer support line.
