€100: €40 Porting Bonus plus €10 for 6 months following registration* I know that you need to top up to get the 60 euro part of this. But will the 40 euro porting bonus be added even if I do not top up monthly? Do I get these 40 euro in one block or on a monthly basis?

You get the 40e in a block after 60 days on the network. No top up is required.
