Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Landlord having trouble with tenants now with PRTB

    Anyone have advice...terrible trouble with tenants who brought me to PRTB on bull charges 3 months after they left premises! They're obviously looking for $$ saying conflicting reasons for me asking them to leave. We have mediation scheduled and was wondering if anyone has experience with this? I'm considering harrassment charges against them as they're wacko's and have taped my calls etc.
    Is the prtb fair, I'm angered that they're allowing this to proceed as I feel it makes a mockery of the whole system that is set up to protect us all.

    Advice...please

    As I dont know the full circumstances of your case it's hard to form an opinion. You have to realise too that a lot of tenants have been harassed/ripped off by landlords too! Thats why the proper procedures are in place. If you did nothing wrong, try not to worry about it.
    More often than not the outcome will be on the innocent parties side.
