Pipe bomb found in South Inner city Dublin today

    I didn't see a topic about this so I thought I'd make one. Pretty shocking especially considering the fact it was concealed with a crisp wrapper. There has been a rise in viable explosions being found at the moment which is quite worrying, the army disposal team have been great, but this latest trend isn't good.
