I hurt my shoulder again while taking down one of the lads. Caught him in an armbar so that made it feel better...

Its kinda like golf in that way. You go out and play 90 awful shots but the one good shot you play makes you come back for more.

Haha, exactly. Shoulder was sore so had to leave training early on Monday and Gonna miss it again tonight and let it heal up but I regret nothing :pac:

    MMA - BJJ:
    Drills:

    Summary:
Drawing a blank on what other techniques I did - decided to give the shoulder a rest at this stage. No sparring for me.

Shoulder hurting again, said I'd do the GSP instead of going training tonight, as I'd be less likely to injure myself. I also decided to scale the workout down a bit, but being a dumbass I actually scaled it UP and did it 4 minutes faster, which was nice!
Lunges were a killer, seeing as I had worked my legs a bit yesterday as well...

Away tomorrow so won't have internet access, so thought I'd update now.

online can be a bit annoying, with the amount of cheaters, but i found it pretty enjoyable, gameplay can get a bit stale when they have pretty much every fighter the exact same though. i enjoyed the career the most. Atm im working through gears and cod4 :D

Don't have the inter web at home so most of the stuff I've been playing is single player - been smacking people around with a sledge hammer in Red Faction, very enjoyable :pac:

Went hell for leather, nearly got sparked out in the GNP drill, nearly knocked out one of the lads with a roundhouse while closing distance grappling, got rocked a few times boxing, also gave a few good shots while boxing.
So much for taking it easy today, neck is very stiff both shoulders are aching but feel better than they have in a long time.
