Power outage in City Center Last Night?

Anybody else effected by or know what happened to the ESB at ~21:45 lastnight,? My Apartment block and the surrounding area were all Smitted by TrogDor back into the darkages.....

Kildare Street and St. Stephen's Green went for a few seconds, but I though it was about 22:45.
