eviction of tenants,legally

    Just wondering does anyone know how to carry out an eviction or whether there are companies that one can hire.
    Hypothetical situation:rent paid in the first month,none thereafter,legal notices served,rent demand,28 days notice of termination,first 6 months of agreement,legally one can evict and PTRB has confirmed this but short of throwing the person out are there any other options?
    Is there any companies that provide this service?

    I don't think that you can physically throw them out but you can lodge an application with the PRTB. Fill in the complaint form and they will organise a hearing. If they find in your favour, they can go to court to get the tenant out.

    If you were to physically remove them from the house without a court order, you would be illegally evicting them (even with the rent arrears).
