40 birthday gift ideas/pressys for her??

    hi any one got any ideas for a 40 birthday pressy / experience, something different (excuse the cliche) for my partner , all suggestions are welcome no matter how far out ! thank you in advance!!

    Big Spa Day
    Jewellery
    Trip of a Lifetime?
    Huge party- band etc.
    Find Old Friends - know someone who did this and found "best friends" from when his OH was a kid. She loved it.

    A Trip away, maybe Paris, New York with spending money!!

    A day at a spa with lots of treatments and she can bring a friend..

    Does she like gardening?

    Maybe 4 big fancy pots (1 for eache decade) that each contains a different variety of rose. Plus one big empty pot and the Name a Rose gift you can get.

    This however is completely useless if she has no green fingers.

    I was at a 40th last year and he was presented with a terrific present. It was a poster, Andy Warhol style of the person, It looked great!
