Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Barclays Premier League
    Birmingham v Man City, 15:00 --> Draw.
    Bolton v Arsenal, 15:00 --> Arsenal.
    Derby v Fulham, 15:00 --> Derby
    Man Utd v Aston Villa, 17:15 --> Draw
    Portsmouth v Wigan, 15:00 --> Portsmouth
    Reading v Blackburn, 15:00 --> Reading.
    Sunderland v West Ham, 15:00 --> Sunderland.

    Sunday, 30 March 2008

    Chelsea v Middlesbrough, 13:30 --> Chelsea
    Liverpool v Everton, 16:00 --> Liverpool
    Tottenham v Newcastle, 15:00 --> Spurs.

    4th spot to be decided on Sunday. If Liverpool win, they'll be 5 clear of Everton. 5 points dropped is a lot to make up in 6 games, even given the run-in Liverpool have. Everton's isn't easy either.

    Hopefully Villa can frustrate United and we'll have a good tense run in in the final few matches.

    That's because I know it annoys you Alan.

    I know you always check that.

    Seriously though, this week, I do think your biggest game of the season will end in defeat.

    Ha yes! Sold him from my Fantasy League team today!

    No Petrov, Johnson or Corluka for City today yet Sun starts. The mind boggles sometimes.

    Apparently Brum have complained about a kit clash so looks like City will be changing shirts at half time.

    Arse losing 1-0. Bring on Adebayor!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,617 ✭✭✭✭PHB

    Woohoo, Bolton winning :) Tough choice, I really want Bolton to go down, gimma a draw, would end Arsenals title race, and not really help Bolton much :)

    Sunderland go 1-0, really fair, because West Ham relaly have been putting on the pressure. That said, big deflection to put in in the net, still think Sunderland can get something out of this.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,617 ✭✭✭✭PHB

    Richardson after having a complete mare of a game, provides a great little ball in, which Murphy flicks on to Jones, who taps it in. A goal Brazil would be proud of.
    p.s. Reid influential in the build up.

    Also a great call by the linesman

    Diaby = red card!

    Looking bad for Arsenal

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,617 ✭✭✭✭PHB

    Haha, Arsenal get a red card :) Diaby, less midfield depth again. The league looks to be slipping away at Bolton away, kind of poetic I guess :)

    Sunderland really are impressing me today, I think Keane is putting together a nice little team, with a bit more quality, could really start to jump up the table next season. Even if they lose today, their performance has been pretty interesting.

    Pretty bad tackle also. How he got the standing leg is confusing me to say the least.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,617 ✭✭✭✭PHB

    Jermaine Defoe, 7 goals in 7 games, impressive. Really surprised me he's done this well. Still, its a testament to how good Keane and Berbatov are.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 38,247 ✭✭✭✭Guy:Incognito

    Ball starting to stick a bit in the wet at the Reedbok. You can see the spray and the bal slowing a little when Arsenal are knockign it around. Wont help their game.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,617 ✭✭✭✭PHB

    This Sunderland West Ham game is one of the best games I've watched in ages, real chances on each end, a real English game actually, great stuff :)

    Scott Parker with an hilarious dive :) great work by the ref not to give it, but jesus, you gotta book him for that.

    He was right about Gallas for the 2nd goal. It was a pathetic attempt at what could have been a fairly handy block as it turned out, instead it cost a goal. Hardly John Terry like commitment.
